When data sources post leads to IntuList, every one of their post attempts and their outcome is logged. You can view those logs any time to determine what’s being accepted and what’s being rejected by your system and for what exact reason. There is a more detailed article on how to view those logs. Here I will simply show you a very quick and easy way to get an idea of what’s happening with the data being posted in.
Your dashboard shows attempts / rejects / accepts for every list listed on it. You can see those stats in the Today’s Import Stats column and they look like so:
Here you can easily see that today the first list has gotten 2 attempted leads, one got rejected and one got accepted. 4 leads were posted into the second list, 2 failed and 2 got accepted.
This should give you, at a glance, an idea as to what’s happening with the data; where it’s being accepted or rejected.
The obvious question is why some data gets rejected. Here is the answer to that question.
