Data import pricing

We have 3 pricing packages. One is completely free and allows data imports of up to 500 leads per month *. The free package is what all new accounts start with upon sign up. The other 2 are pay-per-import models that allow you to import as much data as you want and pay only for the data you import. You can upgrade your free account to any of the 2 paid models.

$0.001 per import with a $500/month minimum. Under this pricing, if you imported 683,722 leads into your IntuList account during a billing period (one calendar month), your bill would be $683.72 at the end of the month. Importing 500,000 leads would cost $500, which is the break-even point for the monthly minimum. If you imported only 326,000 leads, you would still pay the $500 minimum. This pricing package is best suited for high-volume accounts that consistently import more than 500,000 records per month.

$0.0015 per import with a $100/month minimum. Under this pricing, if you imported 283,722 leads into your IntuList account during a billing period (one calendar month), your bill would be $425.58 at the end of the month. Importing approximately 66,667 leads would cost $100, which is the break-even point for the monthly minimum. If you imported only 40,000 leads, you would still pay the $100 minimum. This pricing package is best suited for medium-volume accounts that regularly import tens of thousands of records per month.

You can change your paid subscription plan any time to any of the other paid plans, in which case your invoice will reflect the change mid-billing-period. Here is an example. Let’s imagine that you are on plan A from the 1st to the 17th of the month. You then decide to switch to plan B. At the end of the billing period you will be charged (as a combined charge) for plan A for the first 17 days of the month and plan B for the remainder of it.

There are no long-term contracts and you can close your account at any moment. Note that a billing period lasts from the 1st to the last day of a month. You are charged for the current month’s usage on the 1st of the following month. So if you close your account on, say, the 12th of Nov., you will be charged for the 12 days of Nov. on Dec. 1st.

* Optional built-in premium data validation is not available for free accounts.

Third-party data validation pricing

Data validation is completely optional for all accounts. We have 2 types of data validation for incoming data – basic and premium. Basic validation is free. Premium validation, when enabled and used, is charged for in addition to your data import rates. Let’s go over an example.

Let’s imagine that you are on the $0.001 per successful import with a $100.00 per month minimum pricing for data import and you have premium email validation enabled. Premium email validation is $0.005 per validation attempt. All IntuList customers are post-paid, which means they get charged for the services they have used for the current month at the end of the month. Now let’s say that this month you have imported 130,000 leads into your system and of those you validated 2,000 email addresses. Here is what your invoice will look like:

Litigator Scrub

Besides our Premium Phone Validation, IntuList offers Litigator Scrub for phones, which involves scrubbing against the following:

When you enable this scrub for a list, all phones going into that list will be checked against a large database of emails which includes the above groups. This scrub is very helpful for data centers or anybody who contacts leads by phone.

Remember that using premium data validation and the litigator scrub will result in charges in addition to your data import rates.
